Jeffrey A. Kamler

Mr. Kamler has been instrumental in providing intensive management assistance to our clients who have experienced rapid growth by helping them eliminate the “growing pains” associated with expansion. He often functions as an outside controller-CFO for those entities who have not yet had the resources to hire an in-house officer of the appropriate caliber.

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPAs). He is a graduate of the City University of New York.

 

Gary F. Lewis

Mr. Lewis is the partner in charge of KLN’s audit, review and compilation services and is also responsible for its financial statement quality control systems. As such, he has developed and closely monitors the Firm’s policies and procedures surrounding accounting and auditing standards in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted auditing standards and various specialized industry guidelines.

Gary also has significant expertise in coordinating, planning and executing financial consulting projects for the Firm’s clients. Gary has extensive experience in a number of industries, including but not limited to real estate, distribution, manufacturing, public relations, and other service industries. His practice focuses on a wide variety of areas, ranging from business office outsourcing to SEC filings to providing tax advice for companies as well as high net worth individuals.

Gary has been in the public accounting arena for over thirty years. Prior to founding KLN, he was at both a leading national accounting firm and a large regional accounting firm. As such, clients benefit from his training and exposure at large firms coupled with his personal attention to their individual needs.

Gary is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton.

 

Ron B. Noreman

Mr. Noreman is the head of the firm’s tax department and actively participates in the planning, reporting, defending and optimizing of our clients’ financial compliance with government and regulatory jurisdictions. He also has significant expertise in the auditing and tax aspects of broker-dealers, investment partnerships and real estate operators and developers. He has an unparalleled reputation for success in favorably resolving “high dollar” and “problematic” Internal Revenue and other taxing jurisdiction examinations, audits and assessments.

Ron has been both a guest and a host of numerous radio shows dealing with tax and financial issues and has lectured extensively to attorneys, financial planners and accountants regarding various aspects of tax law. He also serves as a financial, tax, operational and creative consultant to numerous nutritional supplements and exercise equipment manufacturers. He frequently provides invaluable advice in divorce planning issues including all tax aspects of divorce agreement provisions. He has a deep and unique background in the world of holistic nutrition and exercise. Lastly, Ron represents a wide array of professional athletes in financial, tax and contract negotiation matters.

Ron was previously with both a Big Four and large regional accounting firm in their audit and tax departments.

Ron is a member of the AICPA Tax Practice Section and the NYSSCPAs. He is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York.
